2015

21 Mill Street, Brierley Hill

Started from a small charity shop, at the end of the year had about 348 people attended to including our service users

2017

10 Mill Street, Brierley Hill

We outgrew the initial shop and then moved into a bigger 2-room upstairs and 2-room downstairs property in 2017. At the end of the year, We had about 1411 people attended to including our service users

2018

Cottage Street, Brierley Hill

As the number of our volunteers & service users increased and to enable us help more people, we moved again to a much bigger premises in 2018. At the end of the year, we had about 2172 people attended to including our service users

2024-Date

Brierley Hill, Dudley & Kingswinford

As our services, service users and number of volunteers have grown and expanded over time, we are now operating from two premises.

One serving as our donation and distribution centre. The other as our registered and administrative office as well as our storage facility.

The number of our volunteers & service users has increased and this has enabled us to help more people. So we 2024 we moved again into a much bigger premises combined.

As at 31st May, 2026 we have served a total, cumulative number of 11,040 people, that is, from inception in year 2015 to date. 80% of which are uniquely identified service users.
